ACRWORLD are seeking a dynamic Project Director to lead the successful delivery of multiple utility-scale BESS projects across Australia.As Project Director, youll take ownership of end-to-end project performance across several high-value BESS projects. Working closely with the executive team, youll be responsible for driving strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.This is a senior leadership role reporting to the General Manager and overseeing a growing team of Project Managers and support staff. Youll also play a critical role in shaping delivery frameworks, improving processes, and strengthening relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the successful execution of multiple utility-scale BESS projectsDevelop and implement project strategies aligned with business objectivesLead and mentor project teams including Senior PMs, PMs, and AdministratorsMonitor budgets, manage resources, and drive project performanceEngage with clients, contractors, and consultants to maintain alignment and satisfactionEnsure project delivery adheres to all safety, quality, and compliance requirementsIdentify and mitigate risks across all phases of deliveryAbout You:15+ years of experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projectsProven success managing high-value contracts ($100M+)Background in renewable energy, major electrical infrastructure, or substation projectsStrong leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking skillsExceptional stakeholder engagement and team management capabilitiesDesirable:Experience in delivering BESS, substation, or grid-scale renewable energy projectsPMP or equivalent project management certificationBachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplineHow to ApplyIf you are interested in the position, please apply now with your updated CV.
