Our purpose: Life Unlimited.The Senior Product Manager is responsible for implementing the strategic approach necessary to achieve financial targets across the core areas of Recon Enabling Technology, within our hybrid go-to-market models (Direct & In-Direct), and across Australia and NZ.This role requires a foundation in marketing innovation and strategic marketing initiatives. You will oversee the marketing support, direction, and control of S+N Robotic and Navigation products and services offered by the Recon division.What will you be doing?Support the development and drive the Recon Robotics marketing plan for ANZ, taking accountability for the implementation of activities related to the product portfolio.Collaborate with business leaders to document relevant market considerations and achieve sales targets across all portfolio products in line with budgets and objectives.Monitor monthly sales results and adjust pricing, promotional support, and action plans accordingly.Manage forecasting and portfolio activities, including deletions and stock control, with monthly demand forecasts for the ANZ region.Assess, trial, and launch new products from the S&N Group SBU, ensuring strategic fit with the business plan.Coordinate with other business segments within S&N Australia and internationally.Establish, maintain, and track relationships with KOLs/KELs, independently or with relevant sales or regional teams.What will you need to be successful?Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Science, or related fields.5-7+ years of industry experience with a strong background in sales or marketing management.A proven track record in implementing marketing strategies and demonstrating understanding and initiative in strategic marketing development.To apply, please include a cover letter addressed to the Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
