Role Seniority Junior About the Role at Guidepoint Guidepoints Business Development teams are passionate about expanding our reach with both new and existing clients. We support all of Guidepoints service offerings, helping to build relationships and communicate how Guidepoint helps clients stay informed and make better business decisions. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Client Growth Associate in our Sales team. This person will support senior team members to promote our subscription-based research service to various business units within existing clients, to grow overall usage. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior team members to increase user base at client firms through strategic outreach Conduct warm and cold calls, emails, and lead generation efforts to meet targets Monitor client usage trends and proactively address potential pain points Onboard new client users and educate them on our services Develop knowledge of the consulting and institutional markets to communicate our value Work closely with the Client Service Team to gather feedback on projects and client interactions Qualifications 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, banking, consulting, or account management Bachelors degree from an accredited university Broad understanding of the client growth process Excellent communication skills capable of handling high-profile clients Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders of varying seniority What We Offer Competitive compensation Central office location Entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and quick decision-making Flexible work environment Aspiring and driven colleagues About Guidepoint Guidepoint connects clients with vetted subject matter experts globally.
