This unique role combines clinical supervision with team leadership, allowing you to guide postgraduate psychology students (Masters level) on placement while contributing to our culture of quality, innovation, and support.As a Team Leader, you will also provide local coordination, mentorship, and operational support within your clinic or Telehealth team.What Youll DoCore Supervision Responsibilities:Supervise and support postgraduate psychology students on placementDeliver high-quality clinical supervision and foster ethical, professional developmentWork on-site in our Melbourne-based clinics, either Bundoora or Moorabbin (Danny Frawley Centre)Collaborate with supervisors and clinic staff to ensure best-practice service deliveryParticipate in training on systems, policies, and placement requirementsHelp students achieve timely completion of placement milestonesAct as the first point of contact for supervision and placement-related questions during rostered shiftsSupport onboarding and integration of new supervisorsProvide informal mentoring and peer supportLiaise with individual and group supervisors to ensure consistency and coordinationAssist in implementing new initiatives, training, and clinic updatesMonitor student progress and escalate concerns where necessaryIdentify opportunities for improvement in supervision quality and clinic processesRepresent supervisors in feedback to clinic leadership and university partnersWhy Join Us?Be part of a team passionate about developing future psychologistsFull training in ISN systems, supervision standards, and placement frameworksA collaborative, collegiate, and supportive clinical environmentSupervise students delivering real-world therapy and assessment to diverse clientsFull administrative support from a professional reception and intake teamAbout YouMasters or Doctorate in PsychologyFull AHPRA registrationEndorsement in Clinical, Educational & Developmental, or NeuropsychologyApproved AHPRA Board-Approved SupervisorDemonstrated experience in supervision and student developmentExcellent communication, collaboration, and organisation skillsEndorsement in a relevant area of practiceReady to Make a Difference?Apply now to join a team committed to excellence in clinical training and public mental health.
