It will be critical for the successful candidate to lead from the front with client engagement, have proven expertise across the contract & permanent recruitment space, along with driving best practice in the work force solutions sector.As an Associate Director, youll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional talent solutions across the technology sector. This is a unique opportunity to innovative client strategies, collaborate with industry leaders, and shape the future of recruitment in a dynamic and fast-evolving marketplace. Reporting to the ANZ Technology Director, this role is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney,To be successful, youll need to demonstrate experience in the following areas.Create and implement strategic plans for winning and growing the Technology business in NSWHold senior relationships across the market that helps inform the direction of our services and product roadmapContribute to the strategy of the local Hays business and national technology businessPeople & Culture Management:Grow and shape a high-performance culture aligned with our values and corporate initiativesManage individual and team performance effectively by clearly communicating expectationsEnsure talent is developed and that each team has effective succession plans in placeBusiness DevelopmentDrive technology sales plans to capitalise on end-to-end technology verticals.Support ongoing business development and identify new growth opportunitiesOversee the effective management of key accountsParticipating in the preparation of tenders and the pitch for client Preferred Supplier AgreementsDrive an effective Permanent & Contract Recruitment team that executes on strategiesHave a strategic lens on workforce solutions working closely with EMPOSONetworking events and other associated customer opportunities.What youll get in returnThis is a truly unique opportunity to collaborate in the strategic function of Hays Technology, contributing to shaping tomorrow together.
