Description You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, digital, and data growth strategies to drive B2B business, including lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. Reporting directly to the EGM, it is critical to have the ability to combine strategic and commercial acumen, along with strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills. As the senior leader of the marketing, digital, and data team, you will guide platform strategy, CRM, website, and e-commerce development, championing customer-centric digital journey design. Partnering with sales, operations, and customer service teams, you will develop market insights, including industry trends and competitor analysis. You will manage an integrated omni-channel marketing strategy to achieve category growth targets. Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve high engagement and excellence. Profile Ideal candidates come from a B2B marketing background, preferably from manufacturing, industrial, or civil sectors. You should have experience leading teams, enhancing strategies, and understanding the customer journey through digital and data-driven approaches.
