Your expertise in marketing and product strategy will be instrumental in delivering successful product launches and driving long-term brand growth.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies for CRM pipeline products, ensuring launch readiness and market success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights, identify growth opportunities, and drive tactical execution.Lead multichannel engagement initiatives, including digital campaigns, to enhance customer reach and brand visibility.Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute promotional programs, congress activities, and educational initiatives.Support field force training and ensure alignment with brand strategies.Monitor brand performance, ROI, and compliance with Medicines Australia''s Code of Conduct.Participate in leadership forums and contribute to broader organizational capability building.RequirementsBachelor''s degree or equivalent professional training in a relevant field.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, brand positioning, multichannel campaigns, and successful product launches.Pre-launch marketing experience and prior exposure to therapeutic areas such as Obesity, MASH, or CKD are highly advantageous.Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.Proficiency in project management, with a strong orientation toward customer needs and stakeholder relationship building.Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience in sales is a plus, offering valuable frontline insights into customer engagement.Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital trends, with the ability to strategically leverage them to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.Why Boehringer Ingelheim?Our workplace is a creative and dynamic place to be - with the future always on our minds.
