We collaborate with advertisers to optimize their activities and build meaningful connections that drive behavior change.The Measurement Partner will work with leading clients and agencies to measure the effectiveness of their investments. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, solution engineers, and business marketing to provide top-tier measurement support. We seek a driven, empathetic candidate eager to develop our Marketing Sciences discipline, emphasizing execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment.Responsibilities include:Serving as the measurement subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders.Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored measurement strategies.Creating clear, data-driven presentations to communicate insights effectively.Applying expertise in incrementality methodologies (BLS, CLS, MMT) to assess impact.Utilizing MTA and MMM knowledge to optimize measurement solutions.Partnering with teams to align measurement efforts with company goals.Providing regular updates and reports to support decision-making.Staying current with measurement trends and technologies to foster innovation.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising or large marketing organizations.Bachelor''s degree in a quantitative field such as science, mathematics, operations, business, marketing, or research.Proven ability to solve inferential problems through experimental design and analysis.Exceptional time management skills and goal-oriented task management.Effective communication skills and decision-making guidance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.Preferred Qualifications:Deep understanding of experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and Media Mix Modeling.Knowledge of SQL and Python.Experience driving client decisions through clear communication and collaboration.Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations.Familiarity with Retail Media Networks or privacy-first measurement systems (e.g., clean rooms) is a bonus.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile videos, inspiring creativity and bringing joy.
