Join Our Team The Director of Finance in the Finance Business Partner team is a strategic and analytical problem solver known for building trusted relationships across the organization. They excel in process and system orientation, taking initiative to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with commercial and operational leaders, specifically in the Asia-Pacific, they play a key role in strategic decision-making, managing day-to-day business partnering, revenue analysis, expense management, Triage (forecast), budget, and strategic planning processes. The Director contributes to monthly financial reporting, analyzing KPIs, headcount, and variances against plan. Additionally, they conduct various ad-hoc analyses as required by the business, including business case development, pricing analysis, and sales incentive plan payout evaluation and confirmation. What youll do Lead and engage peers and other finance team members in ongoing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities. Business Partnering: Support the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Employer team through regular communication, financial walk-thrus, and policy updates. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of revenue and cost drivers, influencing decision-making and budget commitments. Provide leadership reports, timelines/schedules, and reconciliations for monthly and quarterly reviews. Guide the business in summarizing and highlighting risks and opportunities in financial plans to aid decision-making. Strategic Check and Annual Budget: Support the annual Strat Check/Annual Budget for the APAC Employer team, including detailed drivers analysis and applicable reconciliations. Provide schedules for reporting decks, ensuring adherence to submission timelines. Financial performance management and Operations: Consolidate APAC financial results and KPIs for inclusion in Employer financial reporting. Support revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, and review of revenue drivers, customer contracts, pricing, and product lifecycle. Assign forecast targets, evaluate and confirm sales incentive plan payouts, and review RFP/bids as requested. Analyze direct costs associated with revenue generation to understand gross margin drivers. Expense Management: Understand and support all indirect cost drivers, including salaries, benefits, travel, data processing, maintenance, and third-party costs. Manage cost recovery, labor transfers, and other expense categories. Monthly Reporting of Actual Results: Support monthly P&L reporting, analyze KPIs, and review variances. Assist Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Cash Applications teams with day-to-day issues while maintaining relationships with North American centers of excellence. Communicate risks and offsets versus plan, explaining variances and results to leadership. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required and support corporate reporting requests. Financial in-year planning: Support and deliver Triage for APAC Employer, including detailed drivers, reconciliations, and adherence to timelines. Business Cases/Capital Management: Provide ad-hoc financial support and analysis for new initiatives, products, and contracts. Report variances versus plans during post-mortem reviews. Support pricing modeling and participate in M&A or divestiture analysis as needed. Internal Controls: Monitor, review, and sign off on internal control activities as part of the Health SOX program.
