Our goal is to maximise the profitability and reputation of the business at all times, whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.ResponsibilitiesWork Health and SafetyEnsure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management systemImmediately reporting and recording any safety incidents or near misses and actioning requiredEnsure all environment policies and procedures are followedCustomer Service and Stakeholder ManagementEnsure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients and work providersMonitor scores and feedback and action as required.Upon collection, ensure clients are walked through the repairsEnsure the day-to-day relationship with all work providers are upheld and protectedQuality and Vehicle ManagementEnsure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident conditionEnsure final QA Inspection is carried outResolve any quality or safety concernsEnsure comprehensive and accurate quotes are carried outEnsure upon vehicles arrival appropriate vehicle arrival inspection is carried outEnsure Quoting/Management System is updated to reflect completion and departureEnsure parts are ordered via parts management/ordering system and invoices, credit notes and returns are actionedParts are labelled and stored accordinglyProduction Workshop ManagementOversee the production management of the workshop to ensure production targets are achieved and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident conditionProactively manage the incoming/outgoing of vehicles to maximise capacity of workshopEnsure vehicles are repaired as per the Job Sheet, Repair Method and SOPEnsure appropriate usage of consumables and materials are used to avoid wastageP&L, Reporting and AdministrationEnsure the site is operating profitability, prepare and/or review P&Ls, budgets, ARC, job costings, KPIs, management reports, utilising the tools providedEnsure EOM & OEM reporting is accurate and submitted on timeEnsure invoicing is carried out accurately for all clients/Work Providers and within invoicing timelines.Ensure all subcontractors engaged comply with the AMA subcontractor requirementsEnsure clients are advised of monies prior to vehicle collection and money is collectedLeadership and People ManagementProactively build and maintain positive work relationships and cultureUpdate time keeping system to reflect absencesOversee the team on site, including but not limited to:Recruitment and onboarding of new team members (with appropriate authorisation)Ensure new team members are appropriately inducted prior to commencing workConduct annual performance appraisalsHandle employee misconduct/grievances in conjunction with People TeamEnsure team members have current required licences and qualificationsWe know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.BenefitsRewards & recognitionCareer development and trainingDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because its our people that set us apart and drive our business'' success.
