How You''ll Make an Impact Our GM People Experience (PX) Partnering will serve as both a direct Business Partner to senior leaders and a leader of teams providing Business Partnering and Advisory services across the business. You will report directly to the EGM Partnering and Organisational Development, playing an important role in developing, embedding, and delivering our global People strategy. What You''ll Do To thrive in this role, you will enjoy working in the business as well as mentoring, coaching, and growing your team. The role requires leadership, business partnership, and hands-on collaboration, embracing challenges and competing priorities to make an impact. Provide strategic Business Partner support to XLT members and lead the Business Partners supporting your XLT members and their leadership teams. Offer guidance to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and regional leaders on regional issues impacting the Southern Hemisphere, focusing on Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate with other GMs of PX Partnering to ensure alignment with a one team approach and drive strategic business partnering objectives. Work with PX Center of Excellence teams (OD, Remuneration, Workplace) to ensure seamless collaboration across global locations. Identify skills and development opportunities within your team to demonstrate capabilities in our PX Framework. Serve as a trusted advisor to your XLT members, supporting talent management, organisational design, restructures, and more. Support complex ER issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation, partnering with legal teams as needed. Utilize data to analyze trends and develop solutions aligned with priorities. Work with Talent teams to meet recruitment priorities and workforce planning. Build a positive employee experience that empowers Xeros and improves business performance. Contribute to testing, experimenting, and improving PX work methods. Support the Chief People Officer and EGM as needed. Proactively manage risks and compliance obligations.
