As a brownfield site, this is the second of a five-stage project which will establish a state-of-the-art operation. The intended development has scope to provide an additional 30 local jobs to the Kyabram region.The RoleWere looking for an enthusiastic and mature-minded Receptionist / Administrator who takes a customer centric approach to all that they do. You will be required to manage reception, assist with admin tasks, and manage customer orders.As the first point of contact, youll be personable and calm under pressure with an ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of people from all walks of life.Coming from a receptionist/administration background ideally with some experience in customer service, this role will be an opportunity for the right person to learn and grow with our business.Youll pride yourself on your professionalism and your keen eye for detail. This will ensure accurate data entry, processing, and management of customer orders for both domestic and export customers.Based in Kyabram, this role will report to the Executive Administrator on a day-to-day basis.Key responsibilities will include:Provide a friendly and professional first impression for our customers and guests by greeting them in person and over the phone;Manage and complete Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes with Major Retailers and other customers;Maintain excellent product knowledge and coordinate all aspects of customer orders;Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders - including production, distribution, planning, etc., as required;Who are you?You have 2-3 years experience working in Reception, Administration, or Customer Service, ideally within an FMCG environment.You love variety and are a master at prioritising competing demands.You are tech savvy.Youre driven to find new and better ways in all you do.No job is too small or meaningless You get your hands dirty.You thrive in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and tight timeframes.Youre a solid written and verbal communicator.Who are we?We are a new team we want you to help us build a new legacy.We dont want to put a band-aid on problems we want to fix them properly the first time.We are innovative and progressive and wont settle for second best.We invest in you because we want you to be inspired by your work.We work hard, really hard, so we try to create flexibility to suit you too.Dont miss this opportunity.
