Due to growth in the Melbourne market, we have an opening for an office based Sales Representative at our new Tullamarine dealership!What You''ll Do:Become an expert in our wide range of Wacker Neuson & Multione machinery including excavators, mini loaders, compaction and concreting equipment.Build relationships with customers, handle inbound sales inquiries, and manage existing accounts.Gain hands-on experience throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final sale, including liaising with our workshop, suppliers, logistics and finance teams.Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and creatively driving sales performance.Attend industry events, conferences, and field days to network and expand your knowledge.What You''ll Bring:A proven track record as a sales representative preferably in machinery or industrial background.A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.Strong organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.Proficiency with computers and CRM software.A willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.Industry experience a bonus but not a requirement.What We Offer:Comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced professionals.Company Vehicle (2024 Mazda BT-50 GT)A friendly and welcoming work environment in a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership.Competitive compensation and benefits, including onsite parking and monthly team lunches.Ready to Launch Your Sales Career?Apply now through Linkedin!
