This opportunity will provide variety in your day-to-day and is being offered on full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will support two Partners, Nathan Collins & Peixin Truong, and their respective teams.The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:Building and maintaining client and internal relationshipsCoordinating meetings and arranging travelManaging calendars and inboxesBilling, expense management and reportingMatter management including opening and closing files, archiving, electronic filing, and physical filingOther general administrative tasksWe are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and capable of handling this diverse range of responsibilities.
