We are seeking a strategic and creative Edinburgh-based professional with strong programme management experience in the creative, cultural or education sectors.Key Information: Creative Talent Lead, Creative EdinburghContract Type: Part-time, Fixed-term (3 years)Hours: 28 hours - 35 hours per week (4-5 days, subject to available funding)Salary: 28,000 FTE (22,400 pro-rata) - 30,000 (subject to available funding)Work Location: CodeBase, 37a Castle Terrace, EH1 2EL, Edinburgh, with flexibility of hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office)Start date: To be agreed with the successful candidate. Through our events, creative initiatives and mentoring programmes, we connect creative makers and thinkers from across sectors, encouraging them to share their stories and skills.We help creative people connect and thrive by:Building and connecting communities through our events programmeDriving growth and finding pathways to learning and skills developmentAdvocating for creativity locally, nationally and internationallySupporting professional development and the well-being of our membersWho are we looking for?We are seeking a strategic and creative Edinburgh-based professional with strong programme management experience in the creative, cultural or education sectors.You will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of Edinburghs Creative Industries: Pathways to Careers, a new three-year pilot programme supporting recent creative graduates to launch and sustain freelance careers in Edinburgh.Youll work closely with local universities, colleges, the City of Edinburgh Council, and industry partners to co-design a high-impact programme of mentoring, events, and workshops.
