This is your chance to work hands-on with elite startups expanding into new markets and to do it from day one with direct access to our clients and core strategy.About The RoleAs an SDR at Ignite Partners, youll be the driving force behind our outbound pipeline researching, qualifying, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects. You''ll use tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create targeted campaigns that generate results.This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who knows their way around outbound and isnt afraid to pick up the phone. Youll be working hybrid from our Sydney office and helping us build the sales development function from the ground up.What Youll Be DoingResearch and qualify outbound leads using tools like Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Clay, and Apollo.Build and manage campaigns across cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.Own response management and scheduling for booked meetings.Create personalised outreach assets from sequences to call scripts.Use HubSpot and Smartlead for CRM and campaign optimisation.Collaborate with colleagues and clients on GTM strategy and messaging.Deliver campaign reports and support monthly client reporting.Participate in regular growth sprints, A/B testing, and lead enrichment workflows.Who You Are2 years of experience in a B2B SDR, BDR, or outbound roleStrong phone skills - confident, clear, and persuasive over the lineFamiliar with modern sales and outbound tools: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.Able to manage multiple campaigns with high attention to detailSelf-directed, accountable, and comfortable in fast-moving environmentsCurious about B2B SaaS, international growth, and GTM modelsNot afraid to take initiative, iterate fast, and learn on the flyWhat We Offer$80K AUD base + uncapped commissionShares in Ignite Partners grow with the businessHybrid working model (23 days in our Sydney office)Opportunity to work with global SaaS founders and scaling startupsHigh-growth trajectory into senior rolesEarly-stage start-up entrepreneurial experience with direct mentorshipSponsorship opportunities for the correct candidatesReady to join Ignite?Were building a new kind of consultancy fast-moving, revenue-focused focused and deeply embedded in the start-up world.
