We strive towards improving the health and wellbeing of our rural communities and believe in creating opportunities, so all Victorians have the choice to access essential primary health care services.About The RoleJoin our team as a Fundraising Coordinator Single Giving, where you''ll play a key role in cash acquisition and renewal campaigns with a focus on digital channels. You will use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixels to ensure each campaign is engaging, effective, and helps drive the growth of RFDS Victorias Single Cash program. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to make an impact while growing their fundraising skills!Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToCoordinate the delivery of a diversified and robust Single Cash (SC) fundraising programPlan and execute all SC direct mail and digital campaigns (email, SMS, social media, search) to engage supporters.Drive the enhancement of fundraising campaign performance through implementation of digital fundraising activities (i.e. user experience, SEO, SEM, retargeting, online forms etc.)Use CRM as well as tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels and other optimisation tools (i.e. UTM tracking, heat mapping, PURLs etc.) to track digital engagement and campaign effectiveness.Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.To Be Successful, You Will NeedMinimum three years of relevant experience in digital fundraising, marketing, or project managementProficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixels.Demonstrated experience in coordinating a range of successful fundraising acquisition and renewal campaigns with devoted donor focus.Experience building and executing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Paid Search, Email, and SMS platforms.Proven project coordination skills with strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication, with a creative flair.High attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with various stakeholders.Confidence in your work but know when and how to consult others to keep campaigns moving, to achieve the best results.Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Drivers Licence, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.Our BenefitsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Access to salary packaging options to reduce your taxable incomeFitness passport a discounted gym membership to gyms and pools that both you and your family can enjoyEnjoy a full-time role with flexible work arrangements to work from home and at our Richmond office, as well as options for purchased leave.Great parental leave benets in addition to government parental leave.Need more information?For any enquiries, please email careers@rfdsvic.com.auTo access the position description and to apply please click the Apply to be redirected to our Career Centre.Applications close on Friday 4 July 2025.Please note that we are unable to accept late applications, or applications submitted via email.We aim to fill vacancies as quickly as possible.
