You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and be supported by a wider Portfolio Sales Team, collaborating on strategic initiatives that drive business growth and elevate our market position.What your workday will look like:Develop successful business acquisition strategies for meetings, social events, corporate accommodation and Inbound businessProvide quotations for meetings and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized.Maintenance of conference & corporate database of key contacts/clients.Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through fostering strong relationshipsComplete organisation of all major conference activity / events from confirmation to post-event follow-up in order to ensure client satisfactionPro-actively manage a small account base with the target to drive new business from these accountsQualificationsExperience utilising multiple mediums to communicate and build relationships with clientsConfidence with selling accommodation, event and outlet spaces within the HotelA hunger to convert business, a professional who is driven by resultsStrong focus and passion for hotel operations, hospitality & travelGreat interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues, customers and clients and across a broad range of mediumsAdditional InformationWhats in it for you?Car ParkFree staff meals during shiftGenerous ACCOR perks including discounted accommodation and restaurantsA collaborative, vibrant cultureProfessional development opportunitiesA reward and recognitionA competitive salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
