This role involves supporting computer and telecommunication systems, working hands-on with the local Adelaide Digital team, and assisting fee-earning professionals and staff across our offices.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle first-level support calls, document and resolve incidents, investigate hardware/software issues, support client events, and participate in after-hours roster.Monitor and follow up on incidents and requests, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.Recognize recurring issues, assist in root cause analysis, and contribute to the knowledge base.Support the team flexibly, participate in rostering, and understand business priorities to ensure continuous support.Identify systematic issues, contribute to training, and present learnings to colleagues.Escalate complex problems within the Digital team and assist in their resolution.Skills & ExperienceTeam-oriented with experience providing assistance in a collaborative environment.Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows, M365, and Copilot.Commitment to quality and excellent service.Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Curiosity about system operations, troubleshooting, and correction methods.If you dont meet every requirement but believe you have unique skills to bring, we encourage you to apply.Why Join UsAt Grant Thornton, we foster a dynamic, inclusive culture that values diversity and personal growth.
