We support families facing complex challenges or lacking access to community assessments. Our expert team delivers thorough evaluations, education, second opinions, and consultations in autism spectrum disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with other clinical disciplines to provide high quality multidisciplinary assessments.Provide high quality reports and recommendations for children and young people who are assessed at the clinic.Provide consultation to other clinicians, both within GMHWS and from other organisations as required.Provide triage and intake of referrals and identifying children and young people ready for booking for ASD assessment.Skills & ExperienceDegree or Post Graduate qualification in the relevent disciplinePreferred experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disorders, including knowledge of typical and atypical childhood development (health, wellbeing, emotional, and psychological factors).Preferred experience in a multidisciplinary ASD assessment team, with the ability to conduct diagnostic assessments, provide feedback, and write detailed reports.
