With a dining room seating 70 pax and a waterfront deck seating up to 60 pax, you and your team have the perfect setting to deliver "the experience".We only source premium products and work with Australia''s leading meat & seafood suppliers. Anything less would not do this iconic venue justice.The Head Chef is responsible for maintaining the highest standards and quality of food, as well as hygiene within the department.
