A leading and progressive structural steel fabrication company based in Albury/Wodonga, NSW is currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimation Manager to join its growing team. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead an experienced estimating group, delivering accurate, competitive proposals that drive new business and support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the estimating team to ensure the timely preparation of accurate and competitive project cost estimates Oversee the complete tender process, from evaluating project documentation to final bid submission Review customer contracts and provide input on risk, compliance, and commercial terms Conduct in-depth cost analysis to support profitable and market-aligned pricing strategies Identify and implement process improvements within estimation and tendering workflows Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development efforts and understand customer requirements About You Trade or engineering qualification in a relevant field Extensive experience in estimating structural steel projects, with a solid understanding of the tendering process Proven leadership capability, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams Strong knowledge of structural and stainless-steel materials and fabrication techniques Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities Must have full Australian working rights Whats on Offer A key leadership position within a well-regarded and expanding structural steel organisation A collaborative, supportive team environment with a focus on professional growth Competitive salary package based on experience and expertise Career advancement opportunities in a forward-thinking business How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to: How do your skills match this job?
