Tomorrow cant wait, lets shape it together!Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will ensure stock accuracy and availability across our warehouse network, enabling optimal customer service and supply chain performance. This is a critical role for delivering inventory integrity, improving logistics processes, and helping us meet key commercial targets.What you will be accountable for?Maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses in line with company policyEnsure sufficient stock is held to meet all customer requirementsDrive 100% OTIF (on-time in-full) delivery target through strong order managementProcess customer stock returns within 24 hoursCollaborate with 3PL partners to address inventory queries and discrepanciesSupport reporting and analytics to improve service, inventory integrity, and costManage, complete and report on warehousing and transport controlsConduct regular warehouse audits as per BATs stock management policyMinimise unsaleable stock and coordinate timely re-export programsPrioritise inbound containers and proactively manage out-of-stock (OOS) scenariosAct as first point of contact for logistics queries from internal teams and customer serviceKnowledge, Skills And ExperienceTertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is preferedMinimum 3 years experience in supply chain or logistics rolesStrong working knowledge of inventory management, 3PL operations, and supply planningSAP experience essentialAdvanced skills in Excel and strong analytical abilityExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentResults-driven with strong self-motivationSound relationship and stakeholder management skillsWhat we offer you?We offer a competitive remuneration package plus 13% superannuation and market leading annual performance bonusOur range of benefits varies by country and includes initiatives for work-life balance and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentivesYour journey with us isn''t limited by boundaries; it''s propelled by your aspirations.
