As we expand our operations in Port Adelaide, we are excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!About the role:As Stevedore Coordinator, youll lead the coordination of port-based transport activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.Plan and supervise daily stevedoring and transport tasksManage capacity and scheduling in alignment with customer agreementsCollaborate with stakeholders on operational plans, approvals, and infrastructure worksOversee safety, service standards, and compliance within the operational areaSupport incident response and lead investigations as neededMaintain accurate reporting and system records, including rosters and payrollAbout You:Were looking for a hands-on leader with strong operational insight and experience in logistics or stevedoring environments.Experience in logistics, stevedoring, or transport coordinationProven leadership in high-volume, safety-critical settingsSound knowledge of safety management systems and compliance frameworksStrong planning, scheduling, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilitiesProficient in using operational systems for planning, reporting, and data entryAbility to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)Flexible and available to work on short notice, including irregular hours and weekends as requiredWhat We Offer:At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees.
