Reporting to the Division Manager - People, Culture & Capability, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and reliable delivery of activities for the People, Culture and Capability (PCC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture while supporting the growth of our team.Additionally, you will:System Management: Build, update and maintain ELMO (HRIS) to support the ongoing needs of the business.Payroll: Accurately process and manage payroll data, super and payroll tax on a fortnightly & monthly basis with the outsourced payroll provider.Talent Acquisition: Support the PCC team and hiring manager during the recruitment process, including for short-term event staff for the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park and the Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island.General Administration: Respond to general PCC queries and the internal PCC inbox, escalating questions to the relevant PCC member where required. Additionally, assist with contract and letter generation, onboarding/offboarding processes, PCC reporting and other ad-hoc tasks such as event deliverables.What you''ll bring to the role:Preferably 1-2 years of experience in HR administration & payroll processing.Tertiary studies in Human Resources or equivalent would be highly regarded.Proficiency with HRIS (ELMO Preferred) and payroll software.Some understanding of HR best practices, as well as employment laws and regulations.Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.Critical eye for attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Problem solving and solutions focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain.At AGPC, we value work-life balance and want to drive change in our work environment too.
