We have the perfect opportunity for you!About usTrios Sports Club is one of Cranbourne/Caseys leading social venues, providing a high-quality service of food, gaming and entertainment, 7 days a week.Situated within the Cranbourne Racing Precinct, Trios is a well-established entertainment complex with an award-winning Bistro, Sports Bar, Gaming and Function Room, allowing us to provide our members with a wide range of hospitality and entertainment options.The opportunityTrios Sports Club is seeking a highly skilled and energetic individual to assume the role of Full Time Gaming Manager reporting to the General Manager.You will be responsible for overseeing daily gaming activities, ensuring compliance with Victorian gaming regulations, managing staff, and delivering outstanding service to our patrons.The applicant must be well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable, demonstrate a great attitude and work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise gaming operations in accordance with Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) requirementsLead, train, and motivate the gaming team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiencyMonitor gaming activities to maintain integrity and complianceImplement and uphold responsible gaming initiatives and policiesPrepare reports and liaise with regulatory bodies as requiredManage budgets, stock, and resources efficientlyImplement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagementRequirements:A minimum of two years experience as a Gaming Manager in a large, high-volume venueCurrent RSA, RSF, RSG, TAB Accreditation, Victorian Gaming LicenceFlexibility to workdays, nights, weekends and PH on a 7-day rotating rosterExcellent communication and inter-personal skillsMotivated and committed tooutstanding Customer ServiceBe familiar with reconciliation processes involved in Gaming, Wagering and KenoMust be able to work unsupervised, be efficient, exercise sound judgment under pressure and work well in a team environmentThe Perks:Free meals whilst on shiftStaff discounts to Trios Sports Club.The opportunity to work a four-day roster for the perfect work life balanceFree staff parking.On going trainingThe opportunity to learn from and grow with a passionate, professional, and inclusive team.If you think you have the right qualities, skill set and work to a high standard that fits our Clubs values, apply now!How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
