This newly created role involves planning and scheduling complex learning programs and providing exceptional customer service in resolving complex or escalated learner inquiries.Support the Manager by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements in service delivery across all learning operations, including process, systems, and knowledge base enhancements, along with participating in quality and compliance assessments.This is a fixed-term opportunity for up to 18 months.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.About YouExperience in a learning environment with a strong systems background.Experience within a large-scale organization in Learning & Development.Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse structures with multiple stakeholders.Quick learner capable of navigating various complex systems.Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and other learning management systems.Experience with document management systems, with SharePoint being highly regarded.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptable and quick to learn new processes.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.Who We AreTransport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system, connecting people, communities, and industry daily.At Sydney Trains, our rail services keep Sydney moving by prioritizing our customers.
