This position is a key role within our organisation and reports to the Training Coordinator.This position will be responsible for all aspects related to the smooth delivery of training. Working closely with the coordinator, you will assist in scheduling trainers, planning for upcoming courses, and providing a high level of customer service to our clients.As an integral part of the Administration team, it is essential that you have previous administrative experience.Your interpersonal, communication, and time management skills must be of an exceptionally high standard, and you should be able to work with minimal supervision. Duties may include but are not limited to:Course ProcessingTraining Room PreparationQuoting and confirming training bookingsBooking trainers and equipment for training deliveryOther duties as directedThe ideal candidate will have intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and have good attention to detail.
