Nasdaq: CLPS)Senior SEA Technical Recruiter @ RiDiK/CLPSJob SummaryWere looking for a smart, resourceful, and market-savvy Marketing Manager (Contractor) to join the client''s Southeast Asia team as marketer on the ground in Malaysia.This is a unique opportunity to help shape and execute the marketing strategy in one of our newest markets. You will work hand-in-hand with the Singapore-based SEA marketing team on all elements of marketing that are relevant to Malaysia - including performance marketing, content creation, SEO, events, and brand building, as well as collaborating closely with our sales, product, and PR teams.Youll serve as the local expert, helping client localise messaging, uncover growth opportunities, ensure cultural and market relevance, and act as the on-the-ground connector across all marketing activities.What youll be doingProvide market insights on Malaysias competitive landscape, terminology, product-market fit, regulatory nuances, and customer expectations.Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.Act as the key local advisor and executional partner for regional campaigns and run by the SEA performance marketing team in collaboration with you.Guide language, messaging, tone, and format to ensure local resonance.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with the Singapore-based SEO, content, brand, events, and performance teams to inform strategies and deliver effective campaigns.Work with our sales and product teams to support go-to-market planning and lead generation initiatives.Content & CommunicationLocalise and contribute to content creation including blogs, social posts, web copy, and email to reflect Malaysias language and cultural context.Help manage local customer communications in partnership with regional comms.Events & PartnershipsIdentify relevant local event opportunities and partnerships; work with the regional events team to execute them on the ground.PR SupportLiaise with the separate PR & Comms team to provide local context, news hooks, and stakeholder recommendations.Reporting & Budget SupportSupport campaign tracking and provide on-the-ground feedback on performance and audience engagement.Assist with managing and tracking the Malaysia marketing budget and resource allocation.Who you areA self-starter with a strong understanding of the Malaysian business landscape and marketing channelsA collaborative team player whos happy being the connector between regional strategy and local executionA strong communicator, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionFamiliar with B2B, tech, SaaS, or fintech marketing (ideal, but not required)What youll bring4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or techExperience running or contributing to multi-channel campaigns, particularly in MalaysiaAn understanding of the Malaysian SME and mid-market audienceKnowledge of digital performance channels, content localisation, and event executionComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-collaborative environmentProactive, resourceful, and able to operate with autonomySeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeContractJob functionJob functionMarketingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS.
