Our families appreciate our approaches to inclusivity and sustainability!About the Role:Manage the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.Support the centre(s) in Meeting/Exceeding the National Quality Standards.About you:A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.A current Working with Childrens Check.Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.Why work for Affinity?Join our values-driven organisation, where incredible people make a genuine difference.
