Join our team and be a part of our exciting journey!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to work with our team, you will be responsible for maximising hotel revenue and inventory management. This can either be a hands-on role, or the flexibility to work from home.Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership and follow the planned strategies and objectives.The Amazing OpportunityAs a Revenue Manager you will be responsible for:Working closely with the General Manager and Leadership Team to develop and drive successful commercial initiatives and Loyalty campaigns to successfully achieve Hotel goals and KPIs.Driving and managing revenue initiatives across all market segments, maximising revenue across Rooms and Food & BeverageYour focus will be on maximising hotel revenue to achieve budgeted and forecasted revenue targets with an emphasis on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.Forecasting by market segment and day, to determine key needs and opportunity days and communicate these to the sales and operations teams for a clear and direct approach to achieving revenue strategies.Producing reports and providing insight that will support and evaluate the Hotels business strategies.Proactively leading Loyalty recruitment throughout the HotelExecuting high level reporting and detailed business analysis regularly for owners and our Regional team.QualificationsPrevious minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in a 150+ room Hotel.Possess strong financial acumen recommending budgeting strategies for revenue maximisationAbility to identify trends in the market and translate them into effective real-time strategiesConfident and articulate communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.Demonstrated business acumen with the confidence to exercise good judgement and consideration of commercial implications.The proven ability to review statistics in detail and then extrapolate key information that is communicated to various stakeholders, including our owners.A willingness to be hands on within the operation and drive a culture of guest obsession and loyalty with the team.The ability to create meaningful connections, creating a high level of trust with the team.A collaborative leader with a strategic and analytical focusPrevious experience with Opera Cloud and STR., advanced excel skillsSuperior oranisational, time management and follow through skillsSelf-motivated and target drivenYou are flexible and have a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced teamCurrent First Aid and RSA certificates or the ability to obtain these.Experience in the hospitality industry and ACCOR is advantageousMust hold valid unlimited Australian work rightsAdditional InformationWhats in it for you?Car ParkFree staff meals during shiftGenerous ACCOR perks including discounted accommodation and restaurantsA collaborative, vibrant cultureProfessional development opportunitiesA reward and recognitionA competitive salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
