Your expertise in modern award interpretation, resource allocation, roster management and workforce planning will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service while maintaining financial sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging base roster designs and rosters of care to meet participants needsManage and lead a service portfolio in alignment with internal stakeholders, reporting on key performance indicatorsReview and comply with award policies and Westhaven rostering principlesActively manage, track and document changes in base roster patternsAlign with internal stakeholders for vacancy fulfilment, resourcing and conversionProvide support to the rostering team for daily rostering functionsYou Will HavePrevious experience in a rostering disability support role or related fieldProven understanding of the SCHADS award and NDIS fundingExperience utilising rostering systems and practisesProven ability to analyse and report on dataProfessional relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbout UsWesthaven is, and will continue to be, the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
