We are Australias largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityReporting to the Branch Manager and based in Rockhampton, you will be managing day-to-day service delivery, operational performance, safety compliance, and team leadership across all three sites - Rockhampton, Gladstone, and Biloela. You will play a critical role in shaping the success of our operations, driving a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and customer excellence.Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across three sites, ensuring safety, service delivery, and compliance standards are met.Lead toolbox talks to communicate safety updates, operational goals, and key performance metrics to the team.Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through proactive planning and performance management.Lead, mentor, and develop multi-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performanceSuggest site improvements that enhance safety, operational efficiency, and compliance.Oversee operations staff to maintain high-performance standards and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.About YouPrior experience in a similar role within an industrial/logistics environment is desirable.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-site teams and the ability to drive performance and engagement.Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead toolbox talks, engage team members, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Proficiency in managing safety compliance, reviewing contractor documentation, and overseeing process improvements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.Attractive salary packagePaid parental leaveGreat company benefits:Annual employee share plan offer, novated leasing through SG Fleet or Smart Group, optional flu vaccinations, EAP access, discounts on private health insurance, company discounts + much more!Our ProcessOur recruitment process involves a number of checks including, but not limited to, criminal history, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, as well as verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.We are dedicated to improving employment outcomes and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
