The SCO are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM and Ticketing Manager to lead their customer relationship and ticketing operations.The SCO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM and Ticketing Manager to lead our customer relationship and ticketing operations.Youll be the primary contact for Spektrix, managing its use and development across ticketing, marketing, fundraising and merchandise. Collaborating with internal teams and external venues, youll ensure seamless concert setups, accurate data imports, and insightful reporting.Youll also drive email campaigns via Dotdigital, support pricing strategies, and champion data governance and GDPR compliance.
