You will ensure the efficient and accurate recording of all financial transactions, helping to maintain the integrity of our financial systems.Permanent, Monday-Friday opportunity with standard office hours.Key Responsibilities:Recording of all internal timesheets into a master salary cost spreadsheetReview timesheets to ensure staff are allocating hours to correct cost codesRetrieving financial data and preparing reports for the Finance Manager to review each month in relation to recoverable costsEnsure the applicable requirements of the Management System and Project Execution Plan are metResponsible for ensuring all external design partner claims are processed in a timely manner on a monthly basisQualifications & Experience:Previous experience in finance coordinationPossess strong numerical and accounting knowledge (accounting qualifications preferred)Competent in the management and operation of account software packagesAnalytical and resourceful in solving problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work to deadlinesAbout Us:SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
