Our team is pioneering a new smart water offering in Australia and New Zealand to support the transformation of water utilities into integrated digital utilities with intelligent networks. As the Smart Water Operations Manager, youll play a key role in shaping this future leading the delivery of pilot programs, advising on water industry best practices, and supporting the growth and operational success of this innovative team.Your Key AccountabilitiesLead the successful delivery of customer pilot programs across Australia and New ZealandProvide subject matter expertise on water industry practices, regulations, and network operationsSupport new business development initiatives and customer engagementLiaise with field teams to ensure safe and effective deployment of smart water solutionsHelp shape regulatory submissions and market analysisBuild and maintain strong relationships with water utilities, regulatory bodies, and strategic partnersRepresent Intellihub in presentations, proposals, and tendersQualificationsYou thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments, and revel in problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer needs. As a people-person, you enjoy engaging with customers, suppliers and staff and can articulate a compelling proposition to your audience to win them over.Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)Demonstrated experience in water utilities or consulting in Australia and/or New ZealandProven ability to lead projects, engage with stakeholders and deliver resultsStrong industry knowledge and established networks within the water sectorClear and confident communicator, both written and verbalA customer-first mindset, with commercial savvy and a solutions focusComfortable navigating change and driving innovationAdditional InformationWe offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and diversity.
