Join to apply for the Deputy Editor role at CPA Australia About The Role As the INTHEBLACK Deputy Editor International based in Malaysia, you will be responsible for: Content ideation for INTHEBLACK (digital magazine, website, and podcast) Commissioning and repurposing content for social media channels Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across CPA Australia and externally, you will ensure that high-quality, relevant INTHEBLACK content is created for key global audiences to deliver against CPA Australias organisational strategy and the Learning and Innovation strategy. Your Role Responsibilities Include Contribute to regular editorial committee meetings and seek participation and contribution of key stakeholders and subject matter experts Create commissioning briefs, manage relationships with freelance writers, and participate in design briefings and meetings Copyedit articles to meet publication standards, working closely with the Editor, Deputy Editor, and subeditors Work closely with the Editor to implement content marketing strategies Work closely with the Deputy Editor to meet deadlines in the production schedule and track the editorial budget Collaborate with the Editorial Content Strategist and Editor to ensure content aligns with organisational strategies, objectives, and goals Ensure adherence to publication processes, guidelines, quality assurance documents, and other documentation Champion the use of workflow and productivity tools like Monday.com Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and agencies About You You will bring significant, practical experience in publication, content creation, and editing, with a self-starter attitude, a passion for creating excellent content, and a commitment to editorial standards.
