We are expanding our workforce and community engagement, and are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accommodation Services Officer to join our team. Located in Central Victoria, near the Murray and Goulburn rivers, this role offers a unique country lifestyle opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and committed to high standards of professional service delivery. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Identifying and maintaining accommodation assets in the Tongala area through negotiations with local real estate agents and property owners. Collaborating with the Procurement team and suppliers to ensure properties are furnished and services are connected to meet Greenham standards before employees move in. Engaging and validating the qualifications of maintenance and cleaning service providers as needed. Conducting regular pre-entry and exit condition reports on all properties. Monitoring the local property market to stay informed about available rental properties. Ensuring all properties comply with customer standards such as SEDEX, SAQ, SWA, etc. You will have: A Certificate IV in Property Services or relevant qualifications in accommodation management, which will be highly regarded. Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (MS applications). The ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the situation.
