Restaurant Supervisor - Hotel Venue - Remote Coastal Northern Territory We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor at a busy venue located in the Coastal Northern Territory. This hands-on role is suitable for a candidate who enjoys working alongside a team of hospitality staff. The venue offers onsite accommodation, a restaurant, bars, and a bottle shop, catering to local, corporate, and tourist markets. Outside of work, enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of the Northern Territory, with tropical weather, stunning sunsets and sunrises, and opportunities for beach relaxation and fishing. Pay Details: $75,000 Salary Accommodation: $100 - $110 per week Share 2 Bedroom unit Duty Meal whilst on shift Duties: Supervise the venue''s A La Carte Restaurant, including hands-on work behind the bar and on the floor Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operation and exceed guest expectations Train, supervise, and mentor staff Organize and plan functions, themes, and events Maintain cleanliness and reset the restaurant as needed Count and balance tills Monitor stock control and manage stock ordering Perform other duties as required by management Additional Information: Flights from Darwin and Cairns available Immediate start; minimum 6-12 month commitment required Full Telstra mobile coverage Wi-Fi not provided in staff accommodation How to Apply: If you''re ready to start your remote adventure and believe you''re the right candidate, please send your resume to jobs@mlkarecruitment.com.au.
