This is a high-volume outbound role, focused on reaching out to potential clients and reactivating dormant accounts. Youll spend your day making calls, sending follow-ups, and supporting campaign activity. All with the goal of securing interest and booking appointments for our Sales and Client Success teams.This is a great opportunity for someone with 12 years of customer service experience, ideally with exposure to outbound calls or sales, whos ready to sharpen their commercial skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. While the focus is outbound, you may also assist with inbound enquiries to support the broader team.What Youll Be DoingMake high-volume outbound calls and send follow-up emails to engage new leads and dormant clientsReconnect with inactive accounts and introduce Cabcharge solutionsPersuasively communicate our value proposition and secure meetings or callbacks with interested clientsSupport campaign-based outreach in alignment with business growth goalsRefer warm opportunities to the Sales or Client Success team for follow-upKeep detailed records of all activity in our CRM (HubSpot) Well train youOccasionally assist with inbound enquiries to ensure a seamless client experienceShare insights from conversations to improve messaging and targetingAbout You12 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, or a phone-based rolePersuasive communicator whos confident speaking with people and uncovering needsComfortable making outbound calls and securing interest or appointmentsSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learnWell-organised with strong attention to detailExperience using a CRM like HubSpot is a bonus, but not essentialA collaborative team player who enjoys working towards shared goalsLife at CabchargeA dynamic, supportive, and social team environment.
