Youll coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, optimized effectively, and aligned with our performance goals.Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! There really is something for everyone here, whether you work in Tech, Marketing, Operations, Mathematics or Design, we are sure to have something for everyone.Click play, on your career today!What you will do:Execute paid media campaigns across display, native, paid social, and programmatic channelsCreate design briefs and work with the creative team on campaign assetsSet up campaigns in DSPs and social platforms, including trafficking, tracking, targeting, and budgetsUse tools like SemRush, SimilarWeb, and Ahrefs for placement researchConduct QA checks and monitor campaigns daily to flag issues and suggest optimizationsCoordinate with agencies and internal teams to meet asset deadlinesAssist with A/B and multivariate testingCompile and distribute campaign performance reportsMaintain accurate campaign documentation and spend trackersEnsure ads meet brand and technical specificationStay up to date with ad tech trends - especially in gambling and sportsWhat you will bring:2+ years in a hands-on paid media role (agency or in-house)Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or similar DSPsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable with tracking links (UTMs, ad servers) and basic performance metricsFamiliar with ad trafficking and tag management toolsPassion for sports, casino, and gambling (non-negotiable)Bonus points if you also have:A degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldSome of the perks of working for us:Two full-time Baristas who will make you coffee, tea and fresh juicesDaily catered breakfastMassage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this!Team budgets for lunches and activities to celebrate achievementsFun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favorite gaming consolesEAP access for you and your familyLearning & Development platform with over 9,000 coursesHelp yourself drinks fridges and snack shelvesWe believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo are the driver of our success.
