Offering 176 rooms and a relaxed restaurant and lobby bar, we are located centrally, offering a quintessential Sydney experience. The Role: You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by: Anticipating and attending to guest queries. Checking guests in and out with efficiency, friendliness and flair. Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the Hotels rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests. Working to busy rosters that range across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster. Casual hours available. About you: Your many talents will include: Previous guest service experience (hotel experience an advantage). A logical, common sense approach to resolving concerns. An empathetic ability to anticipate our guests'' needs. Proficient in computer applications (Opera PMS an advantage). Having a manual drivers license. Familiar with Sydney and the hot spots of interest. Demonstrated a ''can-do'' approach to your duties.
