Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role, with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include:Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilitiesWorking within the NDIS to maximize clients'' function, capacity, and social engagementAssisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)Timely documentation and report writingManaging a varied caseloadMeeting professional expectations, such as billables and client managementBuilding relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sourcesUsing leading software platforms and online toolsThe NewGrad ProgramConnect2Care offers a tailored New Graduate Program to support recent graduates entering the workforce, helping them develop skills for a successful career.
