Your responsibilities include:Reviewing daily activities of front office and food & beverage operations, maintaining high standards of luxury and precision.Providing detailed financial and yield reports, reflecting our commitment to transparency and excellence.Overseeing hotel operations during night hours, ensuring smooth management in the absence of department heads.Recording and addressing guest feedback promptly and gracefully, upholding our service standards.Maintaining guest security and privacy throughout the night.More about youAt least 1 year of experience in a Night Auditor role within a 5-star hotel environment is preferred.Experience with Opera Cloud or similar hotel management systems is advantageous.A keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence in your work.Understanding of hotel finance principles is highly valued.Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating dedication to service.At The EVE, you''re joining a close-knit team dedicated to redefining hospitality.
