We''re Hiring: We invite an energetic and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our operations team in our state-of-the-art Sydney office. You will be instrumental in managing daily transport operations and developing a strong client portfolio. Your Role & Responsibilities: Primary Liaison: Act as the main contact for clients, matching them with suitable carriers based on rates, availability, and reliability. Manage rescheduling and shipment escalations in real-time. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration. Portfolio Development & Management: Develop and manage a diverse client portfolio, transitioning into an account management role to foster long-term relationships. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to create solutions that satisfy customer needs and improve operational efficiency.
