Access counselling, wellbeing services, legal & financial assistanceJoin Australia''s largest private health care provider.The OpportunityWe are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists, Creative Arts and Music Therapists, and Diversional Therapists to join our multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver holistic weekend therapeutic programs within an inpatient mental health setting. In this role you will be supporting our weekend sessions at Ramsay Clinic Northside. You will need to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and the ability to engage patients across age groups and a variety of mental health diagnoses.Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.Your duties in this role will include:Planning and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventionsFacilitating group sessions using art, music, or leisure-based activitiesPromoting creative expression and reflection through various mediumsMaintaining accurate and timely documentationEncouraging social engagementCollaborating within a multidisciplinary allied health teamSkills And ExperienceYou will have the ability to plan and organise skills groups, along with a commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment. To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated and flexible team player with a high degree of professionalism.You will need to demonstrate:Qualified at an Occupational Therapists, Creative Arts and Music Therapists, and Diversional Therapists with the appropriate registrationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibilityAble to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environmentFamiliar with Microsoft SuiteWhats in it for you?Professional Advancement:Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
