Our team is focused on delivering great service to our customers and bringing new product offerings to life.About the RoleReporting to the Retail Operations Team Leader, we are seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team as a Retail Operations Coordinator. This role will provide support to the Retail Operations team through general administrative tasks, including being the point of contact for our retail store teams and answering all queries about planned and unplanned maintenance services.This role is located at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne and will be a fixed term, 6 month parental leave cover.Responsibilities:Provide administration support as required to the Retail Leadership TeamPrioritise incoming calls/emails, answering queries from retail store teamsOrganise planned and unplanned maintenance servicesAnswer Priority One (Emergency Store Maintenance Phone Hotline) CallsSkills and Experience:Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the taskAbility to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer serviceExceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office SkillsAbility to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressureRetail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regardedGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthCoffee lover?
