We are seeking to build on our existing culture and create a diverse team with wide range personal and professional experience, with a long-term focus on execution and the highest standards of delivery.Our Vision: Generating ChangeOur Mission: Your partner in delivering decentralised net zero energy solutionsOur Values: Zero Harm | Enduring Solutions |Customer Driven |Trusted PartnerAs a Communications & Digital Officer with Diamond Energy you will be responsible for:Design and update marketing and product collateralincluding email templates, Canva and Adobe Suite assets, and pricing materialsusing approved content and in alignment with regulatory and brand standards.Update website and customer related content (including CRM workflows, HTML/CSS content) to support campaigns and ongoing improvements identified in customer communications and automationsMaintain website content and CRM/product collateral, including adherence to document control requirements such as register updates, version tracking, and controlled CRM email content management.Manage customer communication templates, including the creation and modification of billing reports and formatsImplement and manage CRM workflows to support customer touchpoints for Embedded Network (EN) customersTest and implement CRM process enhancements, ensuring changes support regulatory compliance and customer service excellence.Maintain and update online forms and digital communication channels, ensuring accuracy, usability, and compliance with relevant energy industry regulations.Monitor digital platform activity to track engagement and identify areas for improvement.Collect and analyse digital platform data to inform decision-making, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.Implement content updates and general website updates as requiredYou Will Be Successful In The Role If YouTertiary background with a discipline that support customer communications, and digital content creation.Excellent verbal and written communications skills and active listening skills.Initiative, accuracy, attention-to-detail and outcome-focused.Ability to priorities workload and multi-task and follow through on commitments.Previous exposure to customer service will be considered highly.Use of programming language SQL and Python is highly desirable.General IT skills including working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic and growing business with a strong interest in renewable energy.Proficiency with data management softwares, programming languages (e.g., SQL), and Excel.Process oriented & outcome focused.Positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.Interested in learning and progressing in a growing business.Youll Love Working Here BecauseWe believe in responsibility and reward you for taking initiativeWere a successful, fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial vibeWe love to promote internally and offer development opportunitiesComprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionalsNew office location, with stunning panoramic views, close to Burnley train stationWe have a great work culture, come and join our team!By joining our team, you''ll be contributing to supporting renewable energy.
