In this role, youll assist to oversee our on-site dining operations and play a key role in growing and managing our offsite catering and events division, Franquette Soire.Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and have a passion for creating memorable experiences? Were Franquette Crperie in Bowral, and were looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant & Offsite Catering Manager to join our team.In this role, youll assist to oversee our on-site dining operations and play a key role in growing and managing our offsite catering and events division, Franquette Soire .From mobile bars to cocktail style events with French-inspired cuisine at local gatheringsyoull help us take our catering services to the next level.What you''ll do:Assist to lead our front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest has a warm and memorable experience.Oversee and develop our offsite catering, taking our events to the next levelfrom cocktail parties, to our 1965 Citroen Crepe van to champagne towers for milestone events and weddings in the Southern HighlandsManage a small, passionate team, inspire excellence, and foster a fun, friendly work environment.Be a hands-on front of house hospitality manager (both on the restaurant floor and offsite at events) who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere and loves to create authentic hospitality moments.Be supported by our Event Coordinator to ensure you have all the tools and coordination behind you to succeedWhat were looking for:A hospitality professional with front-of-house management experience (bonus if youve worked in events or offsite catering!).A genuine passion for service and an understanding of what makes a dining experience special.The ability to juggle both the everyday excitement of the restaurant and the unique challenges of off site catering.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.Someone who thrives on creative problem-solving and who loves the buzz of events and customer interactions.Be part of a vibrant, growing business thats rooted in the heart of Bowral and inspired by the concept of ''La bonne franquette''easy and fun hospitality with unparalleled levels of service.
