We collaborate with charities, private organisations, and the Government to benefit local communities.As Assistant Depot Manager you will oversee the smooth operation of the depot, ensuring you and your team provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeSupport the Depot Manager with the day-to-day smooth operation of your DepotEnsure customers feel welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customersLeading a small team to deliver outstanding customer serviceManual counting of containers and not afraid of manual handlingSorting recyclable items into their correct categoriesCash handling, ensuring accurate record keepingEnsure staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risksContinuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increasing customer satisfactionEnsure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficientlyAbout YouPrevious customer service, hospitality, or retail experience would be highly preferredPrevious experience leading a small or medium team will be highly desirableKnowledge in using Microsoft teams, outlook & excelA current drivers licenseYou have a great ''can do'' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactionsWhat We Offer YouCompetitive salary + Bonus!Multiple career paths and advancement opportunitiesAccess to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Novated car leasingPPE providedOn-site or street Parking availableThe opportunity to work towards our vision of creating a wasteless societyAt Re.Group, we celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
